We are thrilled to give you an update on the incredible collaboration with the amazing Janette Jooste, WCED Foundation Phase Curriculum Advisor, as we roll out new mathematics resources designed to inspire groupwork and boost learning in our Grade 2 & 3 classrooms! 

These resources are a game-changer! By encouraging groupwork, we’re not only promoting a positive, collaborative learning environment but also supporting discipline and social skill development. As Janette highlights, groupwork isn’t just fun—it’s foundational to building essential skills for our learners.

These CAPS-aligned resources are available in English, Afrikaans, and isiXhosa and are designed to build mathematical vocabulary, encourage critical thinking, and make learning fun with exciting games and activities!

Last year: Grade 3 materials were created

This year: Grade 2 materials were added

Next year: We are planning to add Grade 1 materials to complete the Foundation Phase!
